My 2023 body of work titled, ‘The Scaffolding That Formed Me’ aims to explore the nature of humanity and individuality. What separates someone from the default? What forms ones own identity and perceptions? Conviction, circumstance, time? A person is the culmination of their experiences. The people they have loved, the people who have burned them. Their relation relationship with the forces and stresses beyond control.
